# Licence scope

Original site content for which Dario Castañé holds the necessary rights is
licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International
(CC BY-SA 4.0), subject to the scope exceptions below.

This content grant excludes CV personal data and separately licensed
material. It applies to original text and other creative works only where
Dario holds the necessary rights. It does not relicense third-party images,
quotations, code or dependencies, which retain their own licences and
notices.

The CVs included in this repository contain my personal and professional data, and they can't be automatically processed without my explicit permission according to the [GDPR](https://gdpr-info.eu/) (General Data Protection Regulation).

The lyd/ subtree retains its separate Creative Commons Attribution 4.0
licence (CC BY 4.0), as declared in lyd/README.md:
https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

Original software and site implementation code outside separately licensed
paths retain the original Unlicense, reproduced unchanged in LICENSE-CODE.
This includes templates, stylesheets, build configuration, the .tools/
checks and the .workers/ worker. Prose and media embedded in implementation
files follow the content scope above rather than the software statement.

This clarification does not revoke or narrow any existing public-domain
dedication or other prior licence grant.
